Shipping
- We provide fresh pet food deliveries every 28 days (approximately every 4 weeks) as part of your subscription plan.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and subscription schedule.
- TheGrowPet is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
- You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the order has been shipped.
- Refunds may only be issued for:
- Damaged or spoiled products upon delivery.
- Incorrect items received.
- All refund claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting details or photos.
- After verification, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

- TheGrowPet reserves the right to change, modify, or update subscription or shipping costs at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Any changes will be reflected in future billing cycles and communicated through your registered email when applicable.
